Qantas is set to announce the availability of more than 20 million reward seats on domestic flights for its Frequent Flyer program members.
Beginning on December 12, the national carrier will roll out Classic Plus on domestic and regional flights, facilitating easier bookings for members wishing to travel within Australia using points.
These reward seats will be in addition to the millions of seats that have been available through its international network since July.
The points needed to reserve Classic Plus reward seats will vary like regular fares, with lower points required during off-peak periods and higher points during peak periods.
